POP TV with Melissa Lewis – Episode 14

Being authentic impacts our executive style and overall presence.

When someone is authentic it’s  about being real, genuine, transparent and sincere in one’s relations and interactions with others. Often, we judge a person’s authenticity by the passion and commitment they have for what they say and do.

Having an authentic style means that there is alignment between what you verbally say and how you physically present. People often refer it as “what you see is what you get,” or “she is the real deal.”

Your career will irrevocably be affected by your executive style.  It defines you, so it must reflect you exactly as you would like the world to see you – a credible achiever, someone who has humility, concern and integrity, substance, and a consummate professional that you can trust.
